About Joe

I’m Joe Lussier, a PGA Professional with nearly 17 years of dedicated teaching experience. Originally from Virginia and now based in Daytona Beach, Florida, I coach full-time at the prestigious LPGA International.

Since launching my coaching career in 2009, I’ve had the privilege of caddying in two U.S. Junior Amateurs and guiding both professional and amateur golfers — from vacationers and snowbirds to locals and couples — to meaningful, lasting breakthroughs in their games.

As a competitive player myself, I’ve competed in the PGA Professional Championship and posted strong finishes in events such as the Virginia State Open. In 2025, I successfully advanced through the local U.S. Open and British Open qualifiers to reach final qualifying in both — experiences that, while not culminating in the main events, provided me with rare, high-pressure insights I now pass directly on to my students.

My teaching philosophy is clear, practical, and highly personalized. Using state-of-the-art tools including video analysis and the FlightScope X3 launch monitor, I simplify the swing and deliver measurable improvements that translate straight to the course.

This passion for real player development led me to create the Full-Day Immersion Golf School — an exclusive, limited-enrollment experience capped at just 2–4 golfers. In one powerful day you’ll receive 4 hours of focused morning instruction with video analysis, an included lunch, and a full 18-hole on-course playing lesson featuring real-time feedback and strategic course management.
